Rachel Biboko and her children.

We thank God for those who contributed towards Rachel's medical costs. She had a successful operation to remove a tumour on the edge of her brain when she was 7 months pregnant. We are praising God for the safe arrival of Ebenezer. Her you can see Rachel with her three children, Roz, Baraka and Ebenezer. (Patrick was at Church when we went to see her.)
The other photo shows me with the baby!

Six Board members were on this part of the visits. The Hospital was very busy.
You can see patients waiting to be screened and a small boy reading the eye chart!

For friends who knew Jenny Lipson

This is my last photo, taken with a mobile phone. Mum was stone deaf, so all my communications with her were in writing. You can see the conversations on the table and also the photos she was looking at.

We are in the community sitting room of the Nursing Home.

Personal news from Ann

There is so much IcFEM news to give you! Two more Local Transformation Units have been launched and there is much other activity.

I have been away to visit my Mum, aged 99 1/2. She was in a nursing home and suffering from some dementia, but she knew me most days and we had a nice time together, for which I thank God.

The day after I left her, she died. I thank God for His timing of my visit.

So this blog has taken a back place in the days since my return.
